The Westerners were 28-19 winners in Wales, and now progress to the knockout stages at the top of the table with 20/20 points secured.
Connacht were 14-7 ahead at the break thanks to trys from Josh Murphy and Joe Joyce.
Byron Ralston crossed over in the second half on his return to the starting lineup, with Matthew Devine rounding off the try scoring.
Josh Ioane was on form with his conversions, and JJ Hanrahan returned to the field after eight months out with a conversion on 68 minutes to cap his comeback.
