Mayo’s hopefuls in the PDC UK Qualifying School will be hoping for more success tomorrow as they exit Day 3 of the event.
Both Roundfort’s Conor Heneghan and Castlebar’s Ultan McDyer made it past the first round but lost out in the second.
McDyer had an impressive 6-4 win over Jason Wilson before suffering defeat of the same score to former UK Open finalist Colin Osborne.
Heneghan bear Andrew Cass 6-3, before losing by the same to Scot Greg Ritchie who knocked McDyer out yesterday.
It’s now onto the fourth and final day for the two Mayo man as they continue their bid for a place on the professional circuit.
