Swinford have added an All Ireland winning manager to their senior team staff for the 2025 campaign.
John Reilly was announced as coach and S&C for Swinford on Christmas Eve and will hope to help the East Mayo club to a junior title this coming year.
Reilly stepped down from his position as manager of Kilmeena after seven years following the 2024 championship campaign, which saw the West Mayo outfit relegated to intermediate after a year in senior.
Under his guidance, Kilmeena won the All Ireland Junior Club title in 2022, and won the Mayo Intermediate Football Championship in 2023.
Brian Gallagher will continue in his role as manager of Swinford and Eamon Molloy will remain as selector.
Swinford have been in junior since 2022, and got to the county semi final this year which they lost to eventual winners Cill Chomain.
