Sligo GAA has confirmed that Tony McEntee will continue in his role as senior football manager for the next two years.
The Crossmaglen native will go into his fifth year in charge in 2025.
He has guided the Yeats County to the Division 4 title (2023), and two Tailteann Cup semi finals (2022 & 2024).
It is understood that there will be changes to the Sligo backroom team for the forthcoming season.
Currently, McEntee is assisted by Crossmolina’s Joe Keane and Knockmore’s Kevin McLoughlin who both hold coaching roles.
Meanwhile, Carlow native Stephen Shiel will remain as the Sligo senior hurling manager.
U20 football manager Paul Henry will continue in his position, while Barry Keenan is staying as U20 hurling boss.
