David Coldrick will take charge of the meeting of Mayo and Cavan this Saturday in the All Ireland Senior Football Championship.
This group two opener takes place in Hastings Insurance MacHale Park in Castlebar with a 5:00pm throw in.
The game will be LIVE on Midwest Radio Sport with further details to be announced later in the week.
Coldrick has taken charge of some high profile Mayo games in the past, including the 2020 All Ireland final against Dublin, and All Ireland semi final meetings with Kerry in 2014 and Tipperary in 2016.
Cavan have Mayo blood in their camp, with former member of the Mayo management team James Burke among Raymond Galligan’s backroom staff.
Dublin and Roscommon have an extra week to prepare for their game in the same group which takes place the weekend of May 25.
Also this Saturday, Connacht champions Galway return to action against League champions Derry.
That game throws in at 5:30pm in Pearse Stadium, with Brendan Cawley in charge.
