Roscommon are under pressure heading into the final round of the Allianz National Football League Division One.
They lost out at home to Kerry this afternoon by five points.
Davy Burke’s side are now second from bottom, two points behind Galway with Derry to face on the final day.
Kerry looked comfortable at half time in this one 0-8 0-4 ahead with five different scorers, including three from David Clifford.
Cathal Heneghan reduced the gap to three when he hit the net on 54 minutes, and Roscommon managed to get back to within two points heading into added time.
Joe O’Connor’s 73rd minute goal ended up being the definitive score of the game as Kerry took the points.
Roscommon are away to Derry, in need of a win, next Sunday in Celtic Park.
