Captain Paddy Durcan is in at right half back after a solid display against Galway.
Fergal Boland fairly raised eyebrows on his inter county return with 0-3 and makes a place at left half forward.
He was also named the Ballintubber Store & Service Station Man of the Match in Midwest Sport.
One other Connacht man was included, as Darragh Rooney impressed for Leitrim in their win over Waterford and hit 0-10.
