Ballina Stephenites are in Connacht club action this weekend at the quarter final stage.
Niall Heffernan’s side will be up against London champions Fulham Irish.
The game takes place this Saturday in Hastings Insurance MacHale Park in Castlebar at 6:00pm.
Stephenites are just over one week removed from their low scoring county final win over Breaffy, winning a record 37th Moclair Cup.
Fulham Irish got the better of Tir Chonaill Gaels in the London decider on the same weekend.
Stephenites were last in the Connacht campaign back in 2007 when they beat St Brigid’s in the provincial final.
They would go on to lose the all Ireland semi final to Nemo Rangers of Cork.
We’ll have more details of our coverage of this game later in the week.
This Sunday sees the other quarter final take place in Dr Hyde Park.
Coolera Strandhill, fresh off their first Sligo senior championship win since 2005 will take on the Roscommon senior champions and former All Ireland champions St Brigid’s.
That game throws in on Sunday at 2:00pm.
