They beat Dundalk 4-0 at Eamonn Deacy Park last night.
Stephen Walsh opened the scoring on eight minutes for the home side.
Edward McCarthy and Maurice Nugent added goals before the half hour mark.
David Hurley rounded off the scoring from the penalty spot on 39 minutes.
The First Division league leaders will be joined in the last four by Cork City, Bohemians and St Pat’s.
Cork City are in their first cup final since 2018 thanks to a last minute winner against Wexford from Mayo’s Ruairi Keating.
