Liam McHale has confirmed four members of his backroom team after he officially submitted his application for the vacant Mayo Ladies Senior Football Manager position.
Double All-Star recipient Kenneth Mortimer who was part of Maurice Sheridan's U20 backroom team this season, former Mayo All-Star Dermot Flanagan, Former Moy Davitts player and current coach with Kilmoremoy Ladies Padraig Hennigan along with goalkeeping coach Michéal Schlingermann who was part of Michael Moyles management team.
Midwest Sport understands that 3 application forms have gone out for the role but as of lunchtime today only one had been received by the County Board.
Applications remain open until 5pm on Friday evening September 15th.
Mayo LGFA are also seeking to fill the roles of U16 and Minor managers with close of deadline again Friday evening.
