Vera Pauw has left her role as manager of the Republic of Ireland Women's team.
A statement from the FAI last night said the board decided not to offer her a new contract.
She had been out of contract since their World Cup campaign ended last month.
Pauw was appointed in 2019 and led Ireland to their first ever major tournament and a FIFA ranking of 22.
In the statement, FAI CEO Jonathan Hill thanked her for her hard work and commitment before wishing her well for the future.
He also went on to say the future of the women's game in Ireland is bright and said the focus now is to build upon the good work done by Pauw.
