Former Mayo GAA senior footballer Peadar Gardiner was ratified by the Mayo GAA County
Board and the Mayo GAA club delegates as the new Mayo U20 football manager at a
Mayo GAA County Board meeting this evening in Hastings Insurance McHale Park Castlebar.
Gardiner was a member of Maurice Sheridan’s backroom team for the past three years.
Mark Ryan from Kilmeena GAA and former Mayo players Ger Cafferkey from Ballina Stephenites and four time Allstar Keith Higgins from Ballyhaunis GAA are also part of the backroom team. Former Mayo GAA senior football manager James Horan for Ballintubbber GAA is also on the management ticket. Peadar Gardiner was given a two year term.
