Paul Faloon has been confirmed as the referee for Mayo's meeting with Cork next Sunday in the last group stage game of the All Ireland SFC.
The Down native took charge of the Allianz National Football League Division Four final this year in which Sligo overcame Wicklow.
The game will be played in the TUS Gaelic Grounds in Limerick with a 2:00PM throw in time.
As the table stands, Mayo are in the quarter final spot, while Kerry and Cork are behind with one win each in the preliminary quarter final spots.
Louth are bottom of the table, but should Kerry overcome Louth then Cork will be through to at least the last 12 regardless of Sunday's result.
You can listen to the game LIVE here on Midwest Radio Sunday Sport with thanks to O'Halloran & O'Brien Construction in the UK.
Michael D. McAndrew and Martin Carney will be on commentary duty.
