Roscommon are Allianz National Hurling League Division 3A champions, following an eight point win today over Armagh.
Mickey Joe Egan hit three early points before Conor Mulry found the back of the net for Roscommon on 14 minutes.
Paddy Fallon was also on form in front of the posts for Roscommon, which was being mirrored by Armagh's talisman Fionntain Donnelly.
Adam Donnelly hit two first half points, helping Roscommon to a 1-9 to 0-6 half time lead.
The teams exchanged scores throughout the second half, with Fallon stretching the lead out to seven on 66 minutes.
Two minutes later, and Roscommon found the net once again, Egan on target this time, to put Armagh's hopes to bed.
Egan finished the day with 1-4, levelled by Fallon's 0-7, while Donnelly hit 0-8 for Armagh.
A big victory for Seamus Qualter having been appointed manager midway through the league campaign.
