The Ireland West Airport 5km Runway Run/Walk takes place on the runway at Ireland West Airport tomorrow, Saturday 10th September, at 5pm.
Participants taking part in the run are advised to arrive to the airport no later than 3:30pm to register and collect their race t-shirt and wristband. If you do not have a valid booking for the 2022 Run please do not arrive to the airport tomorrow.
Participants are advised that car parking in the airport car park is extremely limited and participants are advised to car pool where possible or get dropped off at the airport as the airport car park will be closed to the public once capacity has been reached.
The run will commence at 5pm sharp with a pre run warm up taking place next to the runway at 4:30pm sharp.
All proceeds from the run will go to the airports three charities for 2022. The Childhood Cancer Foundation, The Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust and The Sensational Kids Project.
