Ireland will send 13 crews to the upcoming World Rowing Championships in Czechia, five of whom are from Galway.
Rowing Ireland have confirmed that crew selection is still ongoing and entries may have slight changes prior to racing.
Galway RC’s Katie O'Brien, who took bronze in the PR2 single sculls in Austria, will be trying to bring back another medal this month.
She'll also be competing alongside clubmate Steven McGowen in the PR2 mixed double sculls event.
NUIG’s Fiona Murtagh and fellow Galweigan Aifric Keogh are rowing in the Women's coxless four alongside Emily Hegarty and Eimear Lambe.
While NUIG’s Brian Colsh, is competing in the Men's single sculls.
