He bagged his first points in Group A after getting the better of Toni Alcinas 4-2. The Irish star pinned 96 to seal the points.
The South Mayo man the recorded a 4-1 victory over Jelle Klaasen Group A taking him onto 4 points.
The Dutchman had chances but couldn't convert them.
He went on to rack up points in another win later on, this time a 4-2 success over Gary Blades.
In the last game of the day, Matt Edgar saw off Conor Heneghan 4-2 in match 15.
