Mona McSharry is through to another final at the World Shortcourse Swimming Championships in Abu Dhabi.
The Sligo woman qualified in seventh place in the heats stage of the 200 metres breaststroke, while also setting a new Irish record of 2:21.59 to make the final.
She’s back in the pool for her last swim in that final at around 14:40 this afternoon.
It follows a stellar performance from the 21-year-old in the 100m breaststroke final yesterday, where she picked up a bronze medal.
