New Galway senior hurling manager Henry Shefflin has added Damien Joyce and Kevin Lally to his backroom team.
Damien Joyce previously captained the Galway hurlers, and had a coaching role under Míchéal Donoghue when the county achieved All-Ireland senior hurling championship success in 2017.
Kevin Lally coached St Thomas' to three consecutive Galway senior hurlnig titles in 2018, 2019 and 2020 and was also coach to Galway's All-Ireland winning minor team last season, as well as the squad that finished this year's final.
The pair will now join Henry Shefflin and coach Richie O'Neill as part of the Galway management team.
Elsewhere, Brian Hanley has been recommended as Galway Unider-20 Hurling Manager.
He led the Galway minors to three All-Ireland finals during his tenure, winning the 2019 and 2020 titles.
His management team will be put forward for ratification at the next Galway GAA management committee meeting.
