Liam Moffatt has this evening announced his resignation as Mayo GAA Chairman.
The Crossmolina club man informed the executive tonight that he would not be seeking a third term as Chairperson of Mayo GAA.
The Chairperson indicated that his decision was based on business and personal reasons.
He will remain as Chairman until the County Convention in December.
Nominations for Convention will be sent out by Mayo GAA to Clubs in the coming weeks.
Once nominations have been submitted, they will be communicated to the Clubs.
