Galway’s Claire Molloy says she didn't get the ending she wanted in an Ireland jersey.

Saturday's last-gasp defeat to Scotland - which cost Ireland a place at the World Cup - was her 74th and final international appearance.

The 33-year-old flanker won two Six Nations titles, and was named Ireland's Player of the Year in 2012.

She was also a former inter-county footballer with the Tribeswomen.
