Billy Clery has resigned as Galway WFC senior manager after four and a half years at the helm.
The Tribeswomen boss has stepped down from the position due to family commitments.
The Galway WFC board will meet in the coming days to appoint a new manager.
In a statement on social media Galway WFC says that ‘Billy has helped to promote and develop talented footballers in the western region.’
They also thanked him for ‘his distinguished service and unending commitment to improving the club both on and off the field.’
