There’s a whole host of games on the hurling front this weekend as Gaelic Games make their long-awaited return.

The Mayo hurlers get their Allianz Hurling League Division 2B off by welcoming Derry to MacHale Park.

Throw-in against the Ulster side is at 3pm on Sunday afternoon.

Offaly’s Richie Fitzsimons has been confirmed as the referee for that encounter against the Oak-Leaf County.

Before that encounter, Roscommon get their Division 2B campaign underway against Donegal in O’Donnell Park from 2pm.

Antrim’s Colm McDonald is the man in the middle for that clash of the ash.

On Saturday the Galway hurlers kick-start their season, with a trip away to Cusack Park, taking on Westmeath in Division One Group A.

Dublin’s Sean Stack will be officiating that encounter.
