The Mayo Schoolboys/Girls and youth's league have announced the appointment of Tom Dempsey as the Mayo under 15 manager for the 2021 season.
Tom started his football career with Killala FC and he was manager of last year's Mayo U12 interleague squad.
He is currently a football development coach for Arsenal FC and has spent time working for them in Hong Kong.
Tom is director of Tom Dempsey coaching which provides elite level specialised coaching and he is about to complete a degree course in Sports/Business management in Carlow IT.
He intends to further his association with Arsenal FC by taking up a roll in the United States but for now he will apply his trade in the National League for his native County.
Assisting Tom will be Anthony Kearney, who is also about to complete his studies in Sports/Business management in Carlow IT.
He will be continuing his Association with Tom, as he was also part of last year's Mayo U12 management team.
A regular head coach at various FAI summer camps, Anthony holds a UEFA C license and is about to continue his journey on the coach education pathway by starting the UEFA B license.
Tom and Anthony have a very talented group of players to work with, who are well used of success, having won the SFAI under 12 Interleague in 2018 under then Manager Walter Barrett.
