Mayo GAA will be holding a Training Course for voluntary stewards to assist with the games in MacHale Park in Castlebar and at club pitches in Mayo for 2021 and beyond.

When trained, these voluntary stewards will also be available to assist their clubs with stewarding as the need arises.

The purpose of this course is to ensure that there will be a sufficient number of qualified stewards for events at MacHale Park and within the county.

Persons interested in volunteering as stewards:

  • Can be male or female.
  • Must be over 18 years of age.
  • Must be a member of a GAA club.
  • Should be fit and active.
  • Should be friendly, courteous and enthusiastic.
