Galway GAA have expressed their deepest sympathies to the Harrison family following the tragic death of their son James who lost his life in a hill walking accident in Kerry at the weekend.
James played minor football with Salthill/Knocknacarra GAA and was a much loved and respected member of the club.
A statement from the Chairman of Galway GAA Pat Kearney says “our thoughts and prayers are with all his family and friends at this incredibly sad and difficult time.”
Salthill Knocknacarra GAA Club described James as ‘a star both on and off the field, a player with great attitude, ability and enthusiasm who always gave his all. He will be sadly missed by everyone.’
