It’s round 2 of the Mayo Club Football Championship this weekend and once again Midwest Sport will have extensive coverage with thanks to Ceramic City Castlebar, Charlestown & Sligo.
We’ll also have commentary of the mouth watering clash involving Castlebar Mitchels & Breaffy in Josie Munnelly Park at 2.30pm on Sunday.
Tom Carney & Nigel Reape will be on duty.
We’ll have reporters at all of the other games over the course of tomorrow and Sunday.
The Sports wrap-up show will again run between 7.30pm and 8.30pm this Sunday.
The other game in Group 4 is on Saturday evening at 5pm between Westport & Charlestown.
In Group 1 on Saturday evening at 7pm Garrymore entertain Ballaghaderreen while on Sunday at 2pm The Neale make the trip to Belmullet.
In Group 2 all of the teams are on one point each – at 5pm on Saturday Aghamore host Davitts while at 7pm Bohola Moy Davitts welcome Ballintubber.
In Group 3 both games are on Sunday afternoon, Claremorris host Ballina Stephenites at 3pm while at 4pm Knockmore travel to Kiltane.
In the Intermediate football Championship, there are some fascinating games in store.
In Group 1 both games are on Saturday evening at 5pm – Louisburgh host Kiltimagh while Bonniconlon travel to Swinford.
In Group 2 at 7pm on Saturday Castlebar Mitchels B will travel to Mayo Abbey to take on Mayo Gaels.
The other game in Group 2 is on Sunday between Burrishoole & Ardnaree at 2pm.
In Group 3 both games are down for Sunday, Islandeady host Parke/Keelogues/Crimlin at 1pm while at 3pm Hollymount-Carramore entertain Balla.
Ballyhaunis are away to Ballinrobe at 5pm on Saturday evening in Group 4 while on Sunday at 3pm it’s the local derby of Crossmolina Deel Rovers & Lahardane.
In the TF Royal Theatre Junior Championship Group 1 both games are fixed for Saturday evening.
At 5pm Kilmovee Shamrocks host Eastern Gaels while at 7pm neighbours Moygownagh and Ardagh will go to battle.
In Group 2 at 5pm on Saturday Ballycroy welcome Killala while at 2pm on Sunday Kilmeena host Lacken.
In Group 3 both games are down for Sunday, Tourmakeady are at home to Achill at 1pm while at 3pm Kilfian are away to Kilmaine.
On Sunday in Group 4 Shrule/Glencorrib host Ballycastle at 3pm.
