Mayo Ladies Football has been plunged into crisis yet again.

Ten of the twelve members of the Ladies Football Executive board have tendered their resignations.

An email sent to clubs yesterday afternoon outlined that the 10 executive members were stepping down "with immediate effect" because of dissatisfaction with answers to issues raised at the last board meeting in February.

They had requested that last night's board meeting be postponed and an emergency general meeting be held on Thursday week 19th March, but say that postponement was not facilitated.

Outgoing Mayo Ladies PRO Susan Rogers has confirmed to Midwest Radio today that the request for an EGM was granted, and it will be held on 19th March at 8pm in the TF Hotel, Castlebar.
