Mary Neary (née Shannon)

Slevin, Tulsk, Co. Roscommon and formerly Sheevannan, Frenchpark , Co. Roscommon, November 7th 2024, peacefully in the loving care of her family and the staff at St. James's Hospital, Dublin.

Recently predeceased by her beloved husband Michael; her infant daughter Catherine and her brother Paddy.

Much loved mother of Micheál, Anne (Hester), Finola, Marian (Farrell) and Helen, daughter-in-law Noreen, sons-in-law Micheál and Paul, grandchildren Maria, Owen, Cormac, Adam, Áine, Mia, Michael, Conor, Óistin and Daniel,  brother-in-law Pat and his wife Sheila, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May Mary’s Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

Mary will be waked at her son and daughter-in-law, Micheál and Noreen's house (F45 XP28) Sunday 10th November from 2pm.

She will then repose at Flanagans Funeral Home, Castleplunkett (Eircode: F45 HX59), on Monday 11th November from 5pm until 7pm.

Removal on Tuesday morning 12th November from her son and daughter-in-law, Micheál and Noreen’s home, to arrive for

Requiem Mass at 12 noon in St. Paul's Church, Kilmurry (Eircode: F45 K889).

Followed by burial afterwards in Ogulla Cemetery.
