McHale Road, Castlebar (18th September 2024) - retired staff member of the Connaught Telegraph, Castlebar, peacefully in the loving care of the staff in Cuan Chaitríona Nursing Home, Castlebar.
Pre-deceased by her parents Kathleen and Peter, her brother Greg and sisters Patsy (Rush) and Pauline (McCann).
Deeply regretted by her nephews Peter McCann, Peter McDonnell, Anthony Rush and Neil Rush, nieces Margaret Robinson and Cathy Rush, grandnephew Tiernan and grandnieces Caoimhe and Mairéad, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Joan will repose at Coady's Funeral Home, Castlebar, F23 XY63 on Friday, 20th September from 6pm with removal at 7:30pm to the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar.
Requiem Mass on Saturday at 11.30am.
Joan will be laid to rest afterwards in Castlebar New Cemetery.
