Maureen Booth nee Rice,

Long Island, New York and late of Glenisland, Castlebar - passed away on the 19th of June 2024, peacefully at home after a short illness with her loving family by her side.

Predeceased by her husband Donald, son-in-law Carmine Balboa, parents Michael and Bridget Rice and her sister Noreen Lynn.

Much loved mother of Bernadette, Siobhan (Tarig) and Donald (Jennifer).

Treasured grandmother of Kyle, Azshidai, Hannah, Adriana, Laila, Brittany, Carmine, Brendan and Liam and great-grandmother of Kolton.

Sadly missed by her sisters Bernie (Douglas), Jarlatha (Kelly) and Breda (McDonnell), brothers Padraig and Brendan, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, friends and neighbours.

May she rest in peace.

Mass for Maureen will be celebrated in Holy Rosary Church, Glenisland on Thursday, 8th August at 2pm followed by burial of ashes in Glenisland Cemetery.

Sympathising will take place in the Church from 1pm.
