Mary (Molly) Lydon (née Whelan),

Gortmore, Tourmakeady, Co. Mayo - peacefully, on 20th April 2024.

Predeceased by her son Sean.

Molly will be deeply missed by her loving daughter Kathleen and son-in-law Martin Murphy. She will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren Michelle, Mark, Sharon and Shane, great grandchildren Aoibheann, Áine, Noah and Aidan, her sister Bridie Madden, close family, neighbours and friends.

Molly will repose at St. Mary’s Funeral Home, Tourmakeady on Monday evening from 7:00 pm with removal at 8:30 pm to Tourmakeady Church.

Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 11.00 am, followed by burial in the Churchfield cemetery.

Molly’s funeral mass can be viewed this Tuesday (April 23rd) at 11:00 am on www.churchtv.ie/tourmakeady.

House private please. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, can be made to The Mayo Hospice, Castlebar - Donations can be made online at https://www.hospice.ie/donations/in-loving-memory.
