Fortfield, Castlebar, Co. Mayo and formerly of Accony, Louisburgh, Co. Mayo (ex Eircom) - September 19th, 2023, peacefully in the exceptional care of the staff of Cuan Chaitriona Nursing Home, Castlebar, surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his sisters and brothers Mary, Norah, Eileen, Myles, Tom, Paddy & Geoffrey.
Deeply mourned and lovingly remembered by his loving wife Nina (née Taylor), daughters & son Michelle, Ruth, Deirdre, James & Laura, brother John, grandchildren Marc, Chloe, Luc, Ciara, Aoibhinn & Conor, sons-in-law Philippe, Billy & Jason, daughter-in-law Deirdre, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended Gibbons & Taylor families, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

James will lie in repose at Coady's Funeral Home, Linenhall Street, Castlebar on Thursday (September 21st) from 5.00pm, concluding with Vigil Prayers at 7.00pm.
Funeral arriving to the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar on Friday morning at 10.40am for 11.00am Mass of Christian Burial, followed by interment in Killeen New Cemetery, Louisburgh at 1.45pm approx.
