Shelia Peyton

Rosserk - peacefully in her 97th year at home in the loving care of her family.  Predeceased by her husband Tom.

Sadly missed by her heartbroken family; daughters Maria, Bernadette, Gabrielle and Goretti, son Thomas, cherished grandchildren Eamon, Paul, Michelle, Lisa, Graham, Keith, Darren, Simon, Patricia and David; much loved and adored great-grandchildren Mark, Luke, Ellie, Amy, Emma, Robyn, Callum, Reese, Oscar, Autumn and Loughlan; her sisters Julie, Mary and Anne; sisters-in-law Sadie, Kathleen (Donegal), Bea and Geraldine (Canada), sons-in-law Francis, Eamon, Loretto and Padraic; nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends.

May her gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing at Lynn's Funeral Home, Killala on Tuesday evening 6th June from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.

Funeral cortege will arrive to the Church of The Holy Rosary, Cooneal on Wednesday for Mass at 11:00am, followed by burial in Killala Cemetery.

House private please.

She looked after my elder brother Noble and I when we lived in Ballina in the mid 1940's. We met her twice after 60 years and was a great source of information as to what life was like when we were youngsters.
