Helen Sweeney née Hurley,

Bunacurry, Achill Island and late of Cappoquin, Co. Waterford - peacefully in her London Home after a long illness borne with great dignity and courage, surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her sister Margaret and brothers John & James.

Beloved wife to John and dear mother of Katherine, Ann-Marie, Caroline, Patrick & John Paul.

Very sadly missed by her loving husband, children, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren Olivia, Ellie, Alannah, Harry, Rose & Evelyn, brother Michael, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, and many friends

May Her Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.

 

Removal from her residence on Wednesday morning February 24th at 11.30 to St. Joseph's Church, Bunacurry, Achill Island for Requiem Mass at 12 o'clock followed by burial in Bunacurry Cemetery.

Due the HSE guidelines and current restrictions Helen's Funeral will be private to close family members only.

Helen's Funeral Mass can be viewed live on the Facebook page of Achill Live Streaming.

Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Mayo/Roscommon Hospice.

House private please.
