ThóinMhór, Tallagh, Belmullet, Co. Mayo and formerly of Gladree, Belmullet peacefully at the Aras Deirbhle Nursing Home, Belmullet on 24th January 2021.
Predeceased by her husband Anthony.
She will be sadly missed by her heartbroken family, her daughter Kathleen, son Tony, son in law Tadhy, grandchildren Nora Ann, Dillon, Chloe and Shauna, brothers, Tony (Cavan) and Peter (Reading, England),sister Barbara (U.S.A.), nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.
Funeral will depart from McDonnell’s Funeral Home, Belmullet on Wednesday morning at 11.15 and travel via Nora’s residence, arriving for Funeral Mass at the Church of the Holy Family, Carne at 12 o’clock followed by burial in Tarmoncarra Cemetery.
Live streaming of the Funeral Mass will be available for viewing on McDonnell Funeral Director’s Facebook page with streaming of all the funeral service for the late Nora Dunleavy available after 6 o’clocK on Wednesday evening.
In keeping with current Government advice and H.S.E. guidelines regarding public gatherings, Nora’s funeral will be private for immediate family only. For those who would like to pay their respects as the funeral cortege passes through the town and en route to the Church, please stand in a socially distanced manner on the streets, roadsides, outside the Church and Cemetery ensuring public health and safety is being upheld to the highest standard. The Dunleavy family appreciate your understanding at this difficult time.
Memorial Mass for the soul of Nora will be held at a later date. For those who cannot attend due to restrictions, please leave a personal message for the family on the condolence link below.
