The latest quarterly report from MyHome.ie shows that property prices have remained unchanged in Mayo during the three months.
It doe's however show that the median asking prices have risen by around €5,000 when compared to the same time last year.
As of the end of Q4 2024, 448 properties were listed for sale in Mayo.
There has been a decrease in the number of second hand properties for sale across the country.
