More than half of people are worried about cooking their turkey correctly on Christmas Day.


According to Safefood's annual survey, two thirds of people start their Christmas dinner planning in early December.


It also found 41 per cent of cooks saying they're cutting back on the amount of food they buy this Christmas due to the cost of living crisis.


Dr Mairead McCann, Technical Executive of Food Safety, recommends people use a meat thermometer.
