30,000 secondary school teachers will down tools and hold a lunchtime protest at schools across the country today.
They're opposing plans to speed up the overhaul of the Leaving Cert.
Teaching unions believe the faster pace of reform will be done without the proper resources or training and will lead to inequalities among schools.
