Details

An increase in the ceiling of the First Home scheme in the county has been announced.

The scheme helps first time buyers to bridge the gap between their mortgage, deposit and the price of a new home.

The ceiling has been increased by €25,000 from 325,000 to 350,000.

This scheme can also be used in conjuction with other schemes such as the Help to Buy.
