The INHFA has welcomed the decision by the Agriculture Minister to issue an interim payment for those in the ACRES scheme.
Many farmers had been left in limbo as to when they would receive any payment from the environmental scheme.
INHFA president Vincent Roddy says the Minister has indicated that the payments made would be 'significant'.
