Using drones to deliver defibrillators could save lives, according to a Fine Gael Senator.
Moycullen representative Seán Kyne has suggested the use of the technology in cardiac emergencies, following the results of a successful project in Sweden.
According to the National Ambulance Service, 69 per cent of all out-of-hospital cardiac arrests happen within the home.
