Midwest Radio News have received reports from concerned listeners this afternoon regarding an oil spill on the N60 from Ballyhaunis to Brickens.

Both an Garda Síochána and Mayo County Council have been notified of the danger.

Drivers are being advised and reminded to proceed with caution along this route until the spillage has been cleared.
