The Higher Education Minister says anyone who has paid their full college fees will be refunded one thousand euro.
It was announced in budget 2024 that there would be a reduction of a 1,000 euro towards student contribution fees.
It brings the cost down to a €2,000 for the second year in a row.
And Minister Simon Harris says anyone who already paid their full college fees will be reimbursed next month....
