The first group of Irish citizens have left Gaza through the Rafah crossing with Egypt.
It was reported 20 to 30 of the 40 Irish passport holders would be evacuated from the occupied territory today.
However, Tánaiste Micheál Martin, who's in Egypt, says the exact number won't be revealed until all citizens are over the border.
