A protest is getting underway around now in Lahardane over the absence of a GP in the community.
As of this morning, all patients from the clinic in Lahardane have been transferred to a two doctor practice in Crossmolina.
It comes following an emergency meeting at the weekend over the situation.
The protest will then continue every day for the rest of this week.
