The green light has been given by Ballina councillors for a long sought new playground for Knockmore.
At the monthly meeting of Ballina Municipal District, councillors agreed to approve Part 8 planning for the new outdoor facility to include landscaping drainage, boundary treatment and civil works at Knockmore GAA Grounds.
