The man who died following an incident at a cattle mart in Galway on Saturday has been named locally as Mike McLoughlin from Curraghboy in Roscommon.
Mr. McLoughlin aged in his 60's was injured in an incident that occurred while the mart was in progress late on Saturday afternoon.
He was taken by Ambulance to University Hospital Galway where he was later pronounced deceased.
Michael will repose at his brother John's home in Coolegarry tomorrow evening from 3 until 7.
He will be laid to rest on Thursday in Cam cemetery following 11 o clock mass in St Brigid's Church, Curraghboy.
