A public meeting will take place in Lahardane on Monday evening next over the current lack of a doctor in the area.
The meeting will be hosted by the Rural Ireland Organisation while local representatives and the HSE have been invited to attend.
Gerry Loftus is the leader of the Rural Ireland Organisation.
