A man was arrested and cocaine and cash were seized by Gardai yesterday evening at a residence in Spiddal.
Gardaí attached to the Galway Divisional Drugs Unit and local Garda Drugs Unit conducted a planned search of a residence in An Spidéal and during the search they seized cocaine worth €105,000 (analysis pending) and €7,300 in cash.
A 50-year-old male was arrested. He is currently detained at a Garda Station in county Galway.
Investigations are ongoing.
